Has strong skills and experience in full product design development from an idea to a fully functional unit. Viktors is proficient in design, development and testing of design, development and testing of high speed digital, analog, and mixed electronic devices; applications of ultra-fast ICs (such as ADCs, DACs, RAMs), DSPs, micro-controllers, and microprocessors; has hands-on experience in FPGA/CPLD design using VHDL.

Nikolai is co-founder, Chairman of the board and CEO of Eventech, European business angel investor and entrepreneur, came to the venture capital business in 2006 after co-foundation his distribution companies with $100+ M in sales in EU and CIS, and successfully managed them for 15 years. Nikolai holds M.Sc. degree in Nuclear Physics from University of Latvia and later became an alumnus of the Harvard Business School where he finished Owner-President Management program (OPM28). Holds major interest in new deep-tech product development and commercialization.

Before he worked as Optical engineer in the UK and Italy. He presently acts as Space Optics system Consultant and Senior Advisor and gives lectures and tutorials into Space Optics Technology and Applications

Cand.Techn.Sc. 1983; Dr.Comp.Sc. 1992. Co-founder of Eventech, Lead Researcher and Head of Laboratory of Time Measurements at Institute of Electronics and Computer Science of Latvia (IECS). Eugene is working with development of methods and programs for switching circuit design and automatic control, with software and firmware development for the high-precision time measurements systems in various applications (especially in Satellite Laser Ranging), DSP-based methods for high-precision event timing, test methods for precision specification of advanced timing devices, application-specific event timer system design, real-time measurement systems. Author and co-author of about 70 scientific and technical publications.

Vladimirs has been involved into research and development of advanced technologies for time measurements and application-specific timing system design (especially for Satellite Laser Ranging). Author of more than 90 publications, including 15 inventions. Main Interests: Metrology as applied to the time measurements; Test methods for precision specification of advanced timing devices: Application-specific event timer system design: Amplitudes of short pulses measurements.

Vadim is proficient in: design, development and testing of high speed digital, analog, and mixed electronic devices; applications of ultra-fast ICs (such as ADCs, DACs, RAMs, Sonet Framers and Multiplexers/Demultiplexers, etc.), DSPs, micro-controllers, and microprocessors; has hands-on experience in FPGA/CPLD design using VHDL – Altera Quartus, ModelSim; is proficient in P-CAD and holds profound expertise in ultrafast and very high precision time measurements.
